Workplace Spirituality as an Alternative Model for Promoting Commitment to Change and Change-Oriented Organisational Citizenship Behaviour

Considering that the relationship between workplace spirituality and organisational change has only recently sparked scholarly interest, connection could be more evident, as research begun. Furthermore, there is a growing tendency to add fourth dimension sustainability in addition environment, social responsibility, economy. This study contributes academic literature by examining influence of on lecturers’ responses their commitment change-oriented organizational citizenship behaviour (C-OCB). Private universities Banjarmasin, Indonesia, were selected these links. To collect data from 1050 instructors, self-administered questionnaires used, structural equation modelling (SEM) was performed. The findings demonstrated level, exemplified solid higher power, humanity, nature, affects leading (C-OCB), OCB less researched. offer novel perspective spirituality, attitudes towards change, (C-OCB) education. Since this result not been examined context education, several consequences suggestions for future emerge. More studies used research, given area still its early stages. current work expected spark intriguing fertile issue.
